Works on Paper
Experiments with drawing and printmaking were a constant throughout Falkenstein’s career. Drawing served both as a means of planning and as a focused practice of mark-making, prominently exemplified by her Moving Point series. Her Object Gravures and Struttura grafica prints expanded the sculptural possibilities of printmaking, while other print works explored abstraction, form, and motion.
