  • The Foundation is not currently organizing a Catalogue Raisonné, but we are eager to learn about works by Claire Falkenstein in preparation for future projects and research. If you would like to share information about a work you own, please share information with contact@clairefalkensteinfoundation.org.

  • The Foundation supports exhibitions of Claire Falkenstein’s work at museums, art spaces, and galleries that meet professional standards of display and care. If you are a curator working on an exhibition and wish to include a work from the Foundation’s holdings, please share information about your project with contact@clairefalkensteinfoundation.org.

  • The Claire Falkenstein Foundation owns copyright to all artwork and writing by Claire Falkenstein. Please share information about what work you are seeking to reproduce and information about your project with contact@clairefalkensteinfoundation.org.

  • Neither the Claire Falkenstein Foundation nor its affiliates authenticate artwork by the artist, nor does it offer appraisals, valuations, or recommendations of an appraiser. Further, the Foundation cannot advise or comment on certification or authentication from other parties.

  • The Claire Falkenstein Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant requests from individuals or organizations.

  • The Foundation was incorporated as The Falkenstein Foundation in 1997. The organization changed its name to the Claire Falkenstein Foundation in 2024 to follow Falkenstein’s intentions at the time of her death.
